PRICING
Creative Potential provides consulting, coaching, and training services by the day, and charges a daily fee. This daily fee does not include travel, lodging and printing expenses. The client is responsible for making all travel arrangements in consultation with the consultant/trainer (a list of travel suggestions and requests is available upon booking). Combined weekend fees are provided as well. One half of the daily fee is applied to each day of travel. A deposit of $750.00 is due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if Don Simmons must cancel due to illness or family emergency. Should travel become disrupted due to airline industry actions or severe weather, the daily fee is still applicable. All fees are due at the time of service, and all expenses should be reimbursed within 2 weeks of the date of service or within one week of the client recieving the receipts. The deposit “holds the date” for up to 1 year. The deposit is transferable to another date with 6 months advance notice, and is not refundable should the organization cancel with less than 3 months notice. A full agreement is provided for all services and is signed by the consultant/trainer and the organization’s representative. For more information and a schedule of fees, contact creativepotential@gmail.com. An IRS form I-9 will be provided upon receipt of the deposit.

Fees are slightly reduced in June, July and December.

SCHEDULING
To schedule the services of Creative Potential, send an email with 3 possible dates to creativepotential@gmail.com allowing 10-12 months in advance if possible. If scheduling within less than 10 months, the deposit is requested at the time of the booking.

Fees are slightly reduced in June, July and December, and travel arrangements during those periods should be made at the time of booking. Clients in a geographic region are encouraged to book together to better steward travel expenses. Sharing is encouraged!
